Nanjing Suntech Metal Equipment is a national-level high-tech enterprise specialized in designing and fabricating process equipment and piping made of exotic metals, such as Titanium, Nickel, Tantalum, Zirconium, Super Stainless Steel and their clad materials. Our product categories include heat-exchangers, reactors, towers, storage tanks, piping and etc., which are widely used in such fields as chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, power, electronics, marine engineering, environmental protection and etc. We serve for global top 50 chemical customers, domestic and international engineering companies as well as industrial end users.

Established in 2017, Suntech Equipment possesses a fabrication area of 15000 sqm, among which, 1000 sqm is a highly purified workshop for non-ferrous metal welding. We have a full set of facilities to guarantee highly efficient fabrication of exotic metal equipment, including storage area of welding consumables warehouse and semi-product warehouse, advanced machines of water-jet cutting, plasma cutting, plasma welding, submerged welding and so on. Our licensed welders are skilled with SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, SAW, and etc., and certified for GB, ASME and PED codes. Suntech Equipment also has sound testing facilities, which cover tests as Positive Material Identification, ultrasonic testing, X-ray detection, mechanical analysis, helium leakage testing, hydrostatic testing, and so on.

Over the years, Suntech Equipment has acquired A2 fabrication license for special equipment of P. R. China, ASME U, NB certification, PED certifications, and over 30 pieces of national patents. We also have a team of over 40 experienced engineers. Our designers are familiar with such softwares as SW6, PV-elite, CAD, solidworks and etc, and having strong technical English communication skills.
